For customers who are in the fortunate position of owning a plot of land in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, we also act as a general contractor to build the property of their dreams, whether residential or commercial.

We provide our customers with advice and support even before the land is purchased. We then work together to develop, visualize and implement plans that lead to the desired goal. With the turnkey implementation through individual subcontracting to competent trade companies, we assume responsibility for the project to relieve the customer as much as possible.

An important component is continuous quality assurance during the implementation phase.
